  • Prepared soup can be refrigerated in an airtight container. For best quality, enjoy broth-based soups within 3 to 4 days and cream-based soups within 2 to 3 days.
  • Leftover soup freezes beautifully. For cream-based recipes, we recommend freezing before adding dairy. After thawing, stir in the cream and finish cooking according to the recipe instructions.
